Self-Play Adversary

Flagship

An adversary that writes new attacks faster than a model can memorise them.

A generative adversary that invents novel attack scenarios on demand, each set in fresh, plausible enterprise infrastructure the target has never seen. In first-contact testing, a majority of generated attacks breached a frontier model. Paired with the training loop, this addresses the objection that retires most fixed benchmarks: the environment supplies new attacks rather than being memorised, at a generation cost of fractions of a cent each.
