Demo goes live

Shipped the interactive demo to authensor.com this week. You can define a policy, submit agent intents, and watch the evaluation happen in real time. ALLOW, REVIEW, BLOCK, with full explanations for each decision.

The demo is a single-page app with two modes: a policy definition view and a live evaluation view. You toggle between them. Define your rules on one side, test actions on the other. No accounts, no setup, no waiting. Just open the page and start clicking.

Spent most of the week on the evaluation display. When you submit an intent, you need to see what happened and why. Not just "BLOCKED" but which rule matched, what condition triggered it, and what the intent would need to look like to pass. The explainability work from October pays off here because the display just renders what the engine already produces.

Kept the styling minimal. Light background, clean type, no decorative elements. The demo is the product pitch. If someone opens the page and understands what Authensor does within 30 seconds, the demo is doing its job.

One thing I did not expect: watching people interact with it immediately reveals which policy behaviors are intuitive and which are confusing. Already have a list of small adjustments for next week.
